The woolly rhinoceros (misspelled as wooly rhinoceros in Carnivores Ice Age, and often shortened to woolly rhino or just rhino) is the largest rhinoceros in Europe similar to the living rhinoceros, and a pointable animal in Carnivores Ice Age and Carnivores: Ice Age (iOS).
Biology[]
The woolly rhinoceros is a large herbivore of the Arctic Sector that will use its sharp horns to gore any predator when cornered or surprised or battle against other males for mates. Its thick fur allows it to keep warm in the frigid environment.
Carnivores Ice Age[]
The woolly rhinoceros is the fourth animal available to hunt. It is dangerous when cornered or surprised, and will gore any hunter that gets too close with its sharp horns. It is also commonly seen while not being hunted. It can be mistaken for the Brontotherium at long distances. Its call sounds sound like a combination of a roar and a cow's moo.
