The radar is an optional hunting accessory available in Carnivores, Carnivores 2, Carnivores Ice Age, Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter, Carnivores: Ice Age,Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter HD and Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter Reborn. Using the radar in a hunt deducts 30% from the points earned in that hunt. The dots are green in Carnivores and Carnivores 2, red in Carnivores Ice Age, and yellow in Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter. Animals that are not being hunted, and ambient animals, are not marked.

This allows you to view the dinosaur locations on your map during the hunt. A dinosaur is depicted on the map as a green dot. Your location is shown as the red dot with the circle around it. Please note that the map shows only the dinosaurs you are hunting. All other dinosaurs are masked. Use of the map deducts 30% from your total points acquired during that hunt.
