The pig is a common farm animal found on earth. Pigs are relatively easy to keep and are highly intelligent, and they are used to make a number of food products, such as bacon and pork chops. It is an ambient animal in Carnivores Ice Age and Carnivores: Ice Age.
Biology[]
A small herbivore that is at the bottom the Arctic Sector food chain, the pig can be seen frequently feeding on low ground plants. They are often hunted by predators like Diatrymas and wolves. Thick fat reserves allow pigs to remain well-sustained in their cold environment and high reproduction rate keep them populous throughout the Arctic Sector.
Carnivores Ice Age[]
In Carnivores Ice Age, pigs are ambient animals that roam about, eat, and run when frightened. Like the case between Gallimimus and Velociraptor, the pig could be mistaken for the wild boar, but not as easily as the aforementioned animals. It is easier to tell them apart at a distance due to the major difference in size and skin color. Under certain circumstances, it can also be mistaken for a wolf or Smilodon.
